These terms govern your use of COI Tracker, provided by [COMPANY LEGAL NAME] (“we”). By creating an account you accept them on behalf of yourself and the organization you represent.

The service

COI Tracker stores certificates of insurance, reads their dates and details, tracks their expiration, and sends reminders and requests on your behalf.

What COI Tracker is not

COI Tracker is a tracking tool, not insurance or legal advice. Values read automatically — including by AI — can be incomplete or wrong; the product flags what it could not confirm, but you remain responsible for checking that a vendor’s coverage meets your requirements before relying on it. A certificate of insurance is not itself proof of coverage; confirm coverage with the insurer where it matters.

Your data

You own the data you put into COI Tracker. You give us permission to store and process it only to provide the service, as described in the Privacy policy. You are responsible for having the right to upload it, and for the emails you ask the service to send to your vendors.

Acceptable use

No unlawful content, no attempts to access other workspaces or to disrupt the service, and no use of vendor requests or invitations to send unsolicited email.

Plans and payment

Paid plans are billed in advance through Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record, and renew until cancelled. You can cancel any time; the plan stays active until the end of the period already paid. [REFUND POLICY].

Termination

You can delete your workspace and account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms. When a workspace is deleted, its data is deleted as described in the Privacy policy.

Liability
